Child Nutrition
Our Mission:
To provide nutritious and attractive meals that contribute to the nutritional and educational needs of our students as well as establishing healthy lifelong eating habits.
The Child Nutrition Department offers a paying meal program as well as a free and reduced price meal program to all students enrolled in the Lemoore Union Elementary School District in grades K-8.
In order to qualify for our free reduced price meal program you must submit a meal application and meet one of the following requirements:
- You receive food stamps, CalWorks, KinGAP, or FDPIR for your children who are enrolled in one of our schools.
- Your income is within the guidelines established by USDA for free or reduced price meal program.
For further information please call the Child Nutrition Department at 559-924-6801 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday or 559-924-6844 between the hours of 6:30am and 3:00pm from Monday to Friday.
