In continuing our efforts to be service-oriented and efficient, we are excited to use SchoolMint, an online student registration system! SchoolMint reduces the time parents/guardians spend completing required school forms for one or more children and can be accessed via a computer or through the smartphone app. For parents/guardians who do not have computer, online or smartphone access, technology is available in each school's main office.
Registration information and forms are available on our website and through SchoolMint. If the family does not have access to a printer, please drop by your child's school office to pick up hard copies of any required form. Once completed, these forms will need to be uploaded into your SchoolMint account or submitted to the school's office. This information and related forms are available for downloading and printing from the district website as well.
To help ensure that the enrollment process for your child goes as smoothly as possible, please read the following guidelines carefully:

What Must I Have Ready for Online Registration?
Parents/legal guardians (granted through the court system) or non-parent seeking to enroll a student in any of the schools within the district should be prepared to scan or take quality digital pictures of the several documents in order to upload the information into SchoolMint in order to complete your child's registration.
If the person enrolling the student is not the student’s parent/legal guardian, the school will require the enrolling person to fully complete a caregiver's affidavit form within SchoolMint to be considered by the superintendent for approval.
There are THREE (3) main documents required of students prior to being enrolled in the District. To help ensure that the enrollment process for your child goes as smoothly as possible, please refer to the following items:
1. CERTIFICATE OF IMMUNIZATION
All students are required to have their vaccinations up to date before enrolling in school, unless exempt, as provided by law. Current immunization requirements can be found at shotsforschool.org or here. PLEASE NOTE: Students entering Grade 7 will need proof of a Tdap booster vaccine unless exempt, as provided by law.
2. PROOF OF BIRTHDATE

Note: Pursuant to Education Code 48204, a student shall be deemed a resident of the district if he/she lives with a caregiving adult within district boundaries. Family Code 6552 provides an affidavit which authorizes a caregiver 18 years of age or older to enroll a minor in school and requires the caregiver's attestation that the student lives with the caregiver.
