Liberty is proud to host the 2026 CMEA Jazz Festival this Thursday, April 16, and Friday, April 17. Our campus will welcome bands from throughout Central California for performances and clinics.
Due to the event, please expect increased traffic and more buses than usual near Liberty Drive. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
Yesterday marked the final home game for our 8th grade softball and baseball players. It was a special evening celebrating the dedication and spirit these athletes have brought to our fields.
A huge thank you to the Lemoore community for showing up to support our Patriots. Your energy and support made their final home stand one to remember.
Last week was National Assistant Principals Week, and we are honored to spotlight our outstanding leaders: Mrs. Avina and Mrs. Bispham.
These two administrators are the backbone of our school community. They are compassionate advocates who lead with their hearts, ensuring every student feels seen and supported. They have dedicated themselves to creating a safe, inclusive environment where both students and staff can thrive.
Whether they are offering a kind word in the hallway or providing steady guidance behind the scenes, their presence is felt in every corner of our campus.
We simply could not run this school without the dedication and care of Mrs. Avina and Mrs. Bispham. Thank you for everything you do.
Thank you to the Lemoore High School Varsity Softball team for visiting our game and cheering on our Patriots! This was a wonderful way to bridge the divide between our middle schoolers and their future high school home.

Yesterday our students spent time with their buddies from the Shelly Baird program. The afternoon was filled with laughter and meaningful interaction as the students played and hung out together. They also gathered for a buddy picture day to capture these shared moments. We are proud of the inclusive environment our students continue to build and the genuine friendships that are formed through this partnership.
Paraprofessional Appreciation Day may have fallen during Spring Break, but we still want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate these incredible individuals. Our paraprofessionals show up each day ready to support our students in the classroom, on the yard, and through everyday challenges. They work hard to help create a safe, supportive space where students can learn and grow. Thank you for all you do for our campus; we appreciate you every day.
In celebration of National School Librarian Day, we would like to recognize Mrs. Yang for her passion and dedication to our school community. She creates a welcoming and safe space for all students while encouraging a love of reading across campus. As our yearbook advisor, she captures and preserves countless memories through photos each year, ensuring our students’ experiences are remembered. She also plays an important role in supporting communication between families and the school. Thank you, Mrs. Yang, for all of your hard work and the many ways you support our students and staff.
Our 8th graders took their promotion pictures yesterday. These photos will be featured during the promotion ceremony this June. A thank you to GSP for their service in capturing these moments.
The 8th grade promotion ceremony will be held on June 3rd at the Lemoore College Golden Eagle Arena. Additional details regarding the ceremony schedule will be shared as the date approaches.
Our Liberty Winterguard and Winter Percussion had their SVWAA Championships at the beginning of Spring Break.
Our Winter percussion team took 1st place in their category and Winterguard took 2nd. Congratulations to our talented Patriots for their outstanding success. We are so proud of all their hard work and dedication.

Next Tuesday, April 14, we invite our Lemoore community to join us for 8th Grade Night as we honor our Liberty Patriot softball and baseball players.
This marks the final home game for these student athletes as they take the field at Liberty for the last time. Please come out to the stands to support our players and celebrate their hard work and dedication. We hope you can join us.

Today’s vacation dress up day showed that our students are ready for spring break. From beach attire to hiking gear, the campus was filled with students prepared for their upcoming travels and relaxation.
We hope all of our families have a fun and restful spring break. We look forward to seeing all of our Patriots back on Tuesday, April 7.
Liberty Buddies joined in on a spring picnic with our friends from Shelly Baird. They spent the afternoon enjoying snacks and playing games together.
This event was a wonderful opportunity for our students to continue to connect and build friendships. We are proud of the inclusive environment our students continue to cultivate through these interactions.

The Liberty Jazz Band performed at the 34th Annual Fresno City Jazz Festival. The group earned two Excellent ratings and one Superior rating. Congratulations on a job well done.
The students also had the amazing opportunity to attend the Fresno City College jazz band noon concert. The event featured a special guest performance by renowned professional tenor saxophonist Troy Roberts, providing the musicians with valuable exposure to to world-class artistry.
What a blast we had today for BBQ Dads vs. Soccer Moms! Whether you were rocking the fanny pack and aprons or the visor and clipboard, the spirit was unmatched. Tomorrow is Vacation Dress up day, so break out the Hawaiian shirts and tourist gear.
A reminder that it is an early release day with school ending at 1:38pm to kick off Spring Break!
Our Liberty track team is off to a strong start this season. The hard work and dedication of our athletes are already showing in the official results.
