Cinnamon Elementary School is looking to fill 4 parent vacancies within our School Site Council (SSC). As members of the School Site Council, parents, teachers, and administrators meet four times per year to discuss school programs and the necessary funding sources for implementing the Single Plan for Student Achievement. The dates of these meetings are:
Tuesday, September 26th 3:00-4:00 PM
Thursday, November 30th 3:00-4:00 PM
Thursday, April 11th 3:00-4:00 PM
Thursday, May 30th 3:00-4:00 PM
If you are interested in running for a Site Council parent position, please fill out the bottom portion of this paper and return it to the school office by Monday, August 28, 2023. Election ballots will be sent home on Jueves, September 5, 2023. If you have any questions, please call the school at 924-6870.
A purple flier will be sent home with your student.

Any student that is registered and gets 10 shares clicked will be entered into a drawing for over $100,000 worth of prizes. We hope everyone is enjoying their Summer Break. The First Day of School will be Monday, August 14th. This day will be an Early Out Day with dismissal at 1:25 PM for all students. School will start at 8:10 AM.

Parents, our End-of-Year Carnival will be this Friday, May 26th, 9:00-10:30 AM. *** We will need PARENT VOLUNTEERS to make this a successful, safe, and fun event for our students. *** Please call the school or ParentSquare Ms Kathleen if you are interested and willing to participate. *** We will need our volunteers from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, May 26th.
