2nd through 6th grade students are returning to school Monday, November 2. Each student must have their parent completethe Parent/Guardian Daily COVID-19 Health Screening document along with the Student Required Entry form. Parents/Guardians have two ways to complete these requirements: 1. Utilizing the Aeries Parent Portal System- On-line Verification 2. Download the documents, print and sign- Student brings to school on the first day of in-person instruction, or parent/guardian may drop off prior to Monday, November 2.

On Monday, November 2nd all Liberty Middle School and University Charter School students who selected In-Person instruction will return to campus. All students returning must have completed the Parent/Guardian Daily COVID-19 Health Screening Document and the Student Required Entry Form Document. These must be reviewed and verified through Aeries Parent Portal or signed and brought with your child on the first day of school. Steps to access the Aeries Parent Portal System include: - Go to https://parentport.luesd.k12.ca.us and log in - Select your student - Download and review the Student Required Entry Form from the Documents Section - Confirm receipt of the document by checking the checkbox - Download and review the Parent/Guardian Daily COVID-19 Health Screening Guide (Updated) from the Documents section - Confirm receipt of the document by checking the checkbox We will be following detailed safety protocols to ensure the health of our students including encouraging our students to wear face coverings.
