To all Liberty Marching Band and Colorguard students.
According to the city, the Christmas Parade IS still happening tonight as of now. However, rain is in the forecast all day. Because of this, we will NOT be wearing our band uniforms!
Tonight’s dress code will be Jeans(Please No Holes), Sweaters/Jackets(Long sleeves Please), and Santa Hats. Any shoes will be fine.
Call time will still be 5:45pm at the Arbor across from Boba Island and the movie theater!
Mr Morshead will be sending another update between noon and 2pm via parent square. Please be on the look out. Thanks for your understanding and support. The kids have worked so hard and we want to try to still make tonight happen!

Check out the Liberty Marching Band and Colorguard at the Lemoore Christmas Parade, this Saturday, starting a 6pm, in Downtown Lemoore.
Next week, we have Basketball and Spelling Bee Tryouts.
Then the week before winter break, ASB has put together some Winter Spirit Week Dress Up days.
Basketball Tryouts
Date: December 6-8
Time: Afterschool until 4:30pm
Location:
December 6: 8th grade in Gym and 7th Grade on outside basketball courts
December 7-8: All Grades on outside basketball courts
Students MUST have a signed permission slip on the day of tryouts. Forms available at Student Services or the Media Center. Students should be dressed in athletic wear or PE clothes for tryouts.
Picture Retake day will be on Wednesday, November 30, during student's scheduled PE classes.
New students and students who were absent on 10/4, will be taking photos. Students that purchased a packet previously and were not satisfied with the pictures, may also return the entire purchased packet and retake their photos.

Over 1326 items were donated. Mrs Herleman/Mrs Sayama"s advisory class donated 505 items to win our advisory challenge.
Have a great Thanksgiving break, Liberty Patriots. There is no school, November 21 to November 25. School resumes on Monday, November 28.
Kona Ice will be here after school on Friday, November 18. Some of the purchases will go to our ASB and end of year activites.
Winterguard tryouts start today. Students must have a signed permission slip in order to participate. Students who missed today can still tryouts on Thursday.
Students interested in Winter percussion, will meet in the band room afterschool for an informational meeting. Tryouts start on tomorrow.

The Liberty Marching Band/Colorguard and Lemoore High School performed at the Lemoore Veteran's Day parade together.
There were over 200 past and present liberty students. They played "Anchors Aweigh" the navy march for the parade. Thank you to all that came to support our Liberty Patriots.
Our Liberty Canned Food Drive continues for one more week until November 18th.
Our ASB students are working hard to sort and count all the donations. Thank you for helping our Lemoore community.

We had an amazing turnout at our Liberty Halloween Dance on Friday. Thank you to ASB, staff, and students that made this a successful event for all students.

We ended our Red Ribbon Week activities with Pink day at Liberty, in observance of Breast Cancer Awareness.
Thank you to all the students that participated and made this a successful Red Ribbon Week. Just a reminder our Liberty Halloween Dance is still scheduled for this Friday, 3pm to 5pm.
