Just a reminder 8th grade parent night at Lemoore High School is next week, Wednesday, February 11. Come learn about your 8th grade students opportunities at Lemoore High. There will be different tables for AVID, pathways, and sports including football.

We would like to recognize Mrs. Endo, Mr. Valadez, Ms. Ramos, and Mr. Martin during Counselor Appreciation Week. From supporting student well being to helping students navigate academics and social development, our middle school counselors make a difference every day. Thank you for all you do!

Last Friday, our 8th graders were busy modeling protein synthesis in a fun, hands on way. Students actively engaged in the learning process by bringing a complex science concept to life and making meaningful connections. Experiences like these help deepen understanding and make learning both memorable and exciting for our students.

It’s the last week to purchase your Liberty Yearbook for $42. The price will increase to $52 after 1/30, so be sure to order soon. Personalization is available for an additional $10 and will close on 10/30, giving students the chance to add their name and make their yearbook truly their own. Some of our Liberty students had the opportunity to meet with Superintendent Hunt, where they gained insight into the many decisions and processes that take place at both the district and school levels. They were able to share their perspectives and provide input on important topics such as attendance and cell phone policies that impact students across campus. Student voice matters, and having diverse opinions helps ensure thoughtful and meaningful decisions. These students will continue to meet a few more times throughout the year to discuss additional topics that affect them now and the students who will follow in the years to come.

Thank you to all the families and friends who came out yesterday to support our wrestlers at our final home match of the season against Citrus. Your presence and encouragement truly mean so much to our students, and we were especially grateful for the opportunity to celebrate and recognize our 8th graders as they wrap up their middle school wrestling journey here at Liberty. A huge thank you to Mr. Moskowitz, Ms. Amber, and Mrs. Martinez for their dedication and contributions throughout the season. Your support and commitment have made a meaningful impact on our students and campus.
