Thank you to all the students who came out for soccer tryouts last week. We are so proud of all their hard work and effort.
Attached is the soccer schedule. Our first game of the season will be at HOME on October 21st. We hope you can join us to cheer on our Patriots!
Last Friday, our 7th graders took on a hands on science lab challenge. They designed and built earthquake proof structures at least 6 inches tall, from toothpicks and marshmallows. Placing their creations on books, they simulated earthquakes by moving the books to mimic shifting fault lines. Students also reflected on the challenges they faced in designing sturdy structures, putting their problem solving and engineering skills to the test.
Just a reminder that picture day for our Liberty students is tomorrow, Wednesday, October 15th.

Our Liberty Marching Band and Colorguard were hard at work this morning as they prepare for the Visalia Band Review this Saturday, October 11.
The parade begins at 8:45am, and Liberty is scheduled to perform at 9:55am. We hope you can join us to cheer them on! Good luck to our Patriots!

We invite our entire Lemoore community to join us for an evening of family fun with games, food, craft vendors, and plenty of candy for our costumed trick or treaters.
Once again, we are excited to welcome many of our local elementary schools and community organizations, who will be joining us. It’s a wonderful way for our community to come together and celebrate the season in a safe and family friendly environment.
As we prepare for the big night, we could use your help. If you’re out shopping for candy this weekend, please consider picking up an extra bag to donate to our event. Save the Date: Liberty Picture Day is coming up next week, October 15th. Students will be taking their pictures during their regularly scheduled PE classes.

What a great performance by our volleyball teams in their final home game of the season, yesterday. A big thank you to all the families who came out to support and cheer on our 8th graders; it meant a lot to the team.
We’re excited to announce that the team has qualified for the playoffs! The 1st round will take place on Monday, October 6th, at John Muir in Corcoran, with Liberty playing against Pioneer. Game start time is 3pm.

What an outstanding performance by our Cross Country team on Wednesday, October 1st. Our athletes showed grit, determination, and heart on the course. Alfredo Cruz Rojas had an incredible race, finishing 3rd out of 73 boys, and Laylanie Lopez ran strong to earn 7th place out of 65 girls.
We’re so proud of their hard work, perseverance, and the way they represented Liberty with PRIDE. Great job to all of our runners for giving it their all!
The team is back in action next week on Wednesday, October 8th at Rafer Johnson in Kingsburg.
Today is National Custodian Day, and we would like to acknowledge the unsung heroes of our Liberty campus. From early mornings to late evenings, they work tirelessly to keep our school clean, safe, and shining bright.
We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication of Mrs. Veronica Lopez, Mrs. Sonia Echeverria, Mr. Chris Escobedo, and Mr. Eric Casarez. Their care and attention to detail create a welcoming environment where students and staff can thrive. We also want to give a big thank you to our amazing LUESD substitute custodians: Mr. Tony Parker, Mr. Mario Torres, and Mrs. Gloria DelaTorre, for stepping in with heart and commitment whenever they’re needed.
