We hope you had a festive celebration full of holiday cheer at the Lemoore Christmas Parade, this past Saturday. Our talented Liberty Marching Band and Colorguard filled the air with festive tunes and excitement. We always look forward to this community event and thank all those who helped cheer on our Patriots.

Mrs. Yang held an Dogman art contest for our Liberty students. We had so many talented artists participate. All students received a prize for taking part in the contest. The top two winners were selected by the LUESD elementary librarians.
In 2nd place was Christopher Ochoa. He won a copy of the newest released Dogman book.
In 1st place was Zackary Valenzuela. Zack won a copy of the new book, a Dogman pen, and a $20 gift card to Dutch Bros. Congratulations!
Malaqai Hoffmaster earned himself a pizza party today. He invited his friends Baylee Gagnon, Izabellerina Naval, and Pepper Randles to join him. Malaqai is having a great year. He is part of ASB and recently made the winterguard team. Congratulations!
What an amazing turnout for Wrestling and Cheer tryouts this week. Wrestling continues tomorrow.
Our 3rd day of tryouts for cheer (final audition), that was scheduled for tomorrow Thursday, 12/5, will be RESCHEDULED for TUESDAY, December 10th; 3pm to 4:30pm. The final list will be posted on 12/11, with a mandatory meeting on 12/12; 3pm to 4pm. We apologize for the inconvenience and good luck to our Patriots!

Basketball Tryouts will be starting next week; Tuesday,12/10 and Wednesday, 12/11, afterschool until 4:30pm. 8th graders will meet at the Liberty Gym and 7th graders will meet at the outside basketball courts. All Liberty students are welcomed to tryout. Permission slips will need to be filled out, by parents/guardians, prior to tryouts, through ParentSquare.com The form will be available tonight, Monday, December 2, at 5pm
Please have the form completed by 12/10 prior to 2:45pm, so that the list may be generated for the tryouts on time. Thank you.

A heartfelt thank you to all who generously donated to our canned food drive. We will be donating over 1200 items to Lemoore Christian Aid. We appreciate your kindness and commitment to helping others.

Our Liberty Advisory classes also did a disguise a turkey competition. We had some creative and imaginative designs. We were so impressed with the student's turkeys!
