As we get into the colder months, we wanted to re-familarize our Liberty families with the foggy day schedule.
Plan A: Class times for Liberty are 9:00am –3:00pm
Check your school for your specific class start and end times.
Plan B: Buses to school are cancelled, but will transport students home. Although buses are canceled, classes will begin at the times listed above in Plan A.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our first home soccer game of the season! We are off to a great start; both teams took the win over Rafer Johnson yesterday. Our next game will also be at home on Monday, October 27th, starting at 3:30 p.m. We hope to see you there! Great job, Patriots!

Liberty Middle School has been named as an Honor Roll School with Star distinction, by the Educational Results Partnership (ERP). This program uses state assessment data to recognize schools that are outperforming their peers in closing achievement gaps and teaching the foundational skills for success. We are so grateful to our incredible students, devoted teachers, and supportive families; this honor would not be possible without you! Thank you.

Thank you to our Lemoore Area School Bus Drivers. Today, they visited Liberty to teach students about Bus Safety and Evacuation procedures. These are important lessons not only for our regular bus riders but also for students traveling on field trips or to other schools for sports. We truly appreciate their time and commitment to keeping our students safe.

What a great performance for our Liberty Marching Band and Colorguard at the Fowler Band Review, yesterday. Out of 12 groups, our Colorguard placed 5th, Drum Major 5th, Percussion 3rd, and the Marching Band 3rd. We are so proud of their hard work, teamwork, and school spirit. Thank you to everyone who made Trick or Treat Night such a wonderful community event, last night. We are grateful to all the vendors and LUESD schools who joined us, and to our amazing community partners, including the Lemoore Police Department and Lemoore Fire Department, for coming out to celebrate with our families. A big thank you to everyone who hosted a booth, donated candy, contributed to our silent auction, and helped make the night enjoyable for all. And a special shout out to our Liberty staff, ASB, Jazz Band, and Yearbook team for their hard work setting up, cleaning up, and capturing the memories. It was wonderful to see our Lemoore community come together for a family friendly evening filled with fun and lasting memories.

This morning, we celebrated our Flag Football, Cheer, and Volleyball teams for all the hard work and dedication they showed throughout the season. We are proud of each athlete for their effort, teamwork, and growth. Thank you to all the students who came out for soccer tryouts last week. We are so proud of all their hard work and effort. Attached is the soccer schedule. Our first game of the season will be at HOME on October 21st. We hope you can join us to cheer on our Patriots!

Last Friday, our 7th graders took on a hands on science lab challenge. They designed and built earthquake proof structures at least 6 inches tall, from toothpicks and marshmallows. Placing their creations on books, they simulated earthquakes by moving the books to mimic shifting fault lines. Students also reflected on the challenges they faced in designing sturdy structures, putting their problem solving and engineering skills to the test.

Just a reminder that picture day for our Liberty students is tomorrow, Wednesday, October 15th.

Thank you to our parents and guardians for helping our students maintain 98% attendance during our first week of testing! As a reward, we will be holding a pop up raffle on Tuesday, October 14, all students present that day are eligible to win a prize.

Our Liberty Marching Band and Colorguard were hard at work this morning as they prepare for the Visalia Band Review this Saturday, October 11. The parade begins at 8:45am, and Liberty is scheduled to perform at 9:55am. We hope you can join us to cheer them on! Good luck to our Patriots!

We are just one week away from Liberty’s Community Trick-or-Treat Night!, Friday, October 17th, 5pm–7pm We invite our entire Lemoore community to join us for an evening of family fun with games, food, craft vendors, and plenty of candy for our costumed trick or treaters. Once again, we are excited to welcome many of our local elementary schools and community organizations, who will be joining us. It’s a wonderful way for our community to come together and celebrate the season in a safe and family friendly environment. As we prepare for the big night, we could use your help. If you’re out shopping for candy this weekend, please consider picking up an extra bag to donate to our event. Your generosity helps ensure that every child who attends leaves with a smile and a full bag of treats.Thank you for helping us create a fun and memorable evening for everyone in the Lemoore community.
