📢 Data Confirmation for the 2026-2027 School Year is Now Open!
Lemoore Union Elementary School District is excited to continue implementing our new Apollo Student Information System for the 2026-2027 school year. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we complete this important transition to ensure every student's information is accurate, secure, and up to date.
Complete Your Data Confirmation
Families are encouraged to log into the Apollo Community Portal and complete their annual Data Confirmation as soon as possible.
During this process, you will be able to:
Verify and update student and parent/guardian information
Review and update emergency contacts
Complete required authorizations
Review and certify district documents
Access important student information throughout the school year
Some Families May Receive a Phone Call
As part of Apollo's verification process, some families may receive a phone call requesting additional household information.
Please note:
Not every family will receive a call.
Families will only be contacted if additional information is needed to verify or complete household records.
If you receive a call from Apollo, we encourage you to respond promptly so your student's records can be completed before the first day of school.
What to Expect During Data Confirmation
When logging into Apollo, families will:
Select their preferred language.
Review and acknowledge district documents.
Complete school-specific forms based on the students enrolled in their household.
Certify all required information before submission.
Because Apollo is replacing our previous Aeries system, the process will look a little different than in past years.
